If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If necessary the image will be removed and your account disabled. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, b3iHost is under no obligation to become involved.

As a user of b3iHost image host you agree that b3iHost is not liable for your images or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. b3iHost makes no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images.

Your email is only used for user registration and occasional updates of the site. You personal information will not be sold or distributed to any third party.

b3iHost will cooperate with any and all legal authorities as necessary.

b3iHost reserves the right to monitor user accounts and remove images, albums or accounts as seen appropriate and with no prior warning.

If an image is deleted, no attempt should be made to upload it again.
